Weddings

As a restaurant, our start-point is ensuring your reception meal is superb.

We recommend 3 courses, plus tea and coffee; additional courses are possible, but not advised.  People like choice, so we suggest giving options for starters and main courses.  Main courses are served with three vegetables and two choices of potato.  For dessert we suggest a selection plate, so that everyone gets a range of delights!

For example, here's how this can look:

Your Wedding: An Example Menu

Fresh basil & tomato soup

Clonakilty black pudding, smoked bacon & apple salad

Duo of Irish smoked salmon & crab meat

Pan-seared monkfish with citrus & dill butter

Gremolata-crusted cod with salsa verde

Pan-fried chicken breast, stuffed with chorizo, basil & cream cheese & port jus

Tender roast Irish beef with Yorkshire pudding

Tea & coffee

Any part of this menu can be customised to your wishes.

On arrival we provide a lovely selection of light canapés with tea or coffee.

Later in the evening, when guests are hungry again, we offer hot finger food and sandwiches.  This is also a good time to serve your wedding cake.

To complement your menu selections we have a wide range of great wines, champagne and prosecco to choose from.  And, of course, a full range of bar drinks.
